This is a one time $100 fee for Culinary Class supplies including ServSafe training which provides food and safety certification to help prevent foodborne illness and promote a safe workplace. Developed by the National Restaurant Association, ServSafe offers training and certification for food managers and food handlers. Our students will be officially trained and with a portable credential, useful for their own future food service employment!
