You must have deep background knowledge in current reading intervention programs and strategies. We are currently seeking a compassionate and experienced School Adjustment Counselor to join our team at Windham Woods for the 26-27 school year. The school is looking to add a position in the middle school that involves working with students on an individual basis, in small groups, and involved in classes of students helping to facilitate social emotional learning. WWS offers a unique program for students and families looking for a more hands-on, dynamic educational setting. The chosen candidate will work closely with students, families, and faculty to provide counseling services and support to promote the academic, social, and emotional well-being of our students. The School Counselor should be experienced and comfortable with supporting the needs of students with learning differences, with an understanding of the intersection of social-emotional needs and learning.

The middle school program averages 80-90 students. Our collaborative working environment actively supports the growth of both our students and our staff. Our classes have a maximum of 10 students as we know how important it is for students to have individualized attention. Our educational program incorporates the outdoors on a daily basis so students can truly experience hands-on learning.
We are currently looking for a talented, enthusiastic, and self-motivated Middle School Math teacher to join our staff for the 26-27 school year. The chosen candidate must exude energy and enthusiasm for their work. They must have deep background knowledge in mathematics - and can deliver instruction in a supportive and templated way to help students comprehend the material. They must have a strong grasp on how to teach concepts in a hands-on way that includes lessons outside on our 250 acre campus. They must be able to build and maintain strong relationships with students and families, differentiate instructional strategies to meet the needs of diverse learners, and be able to collaborate in a constructive way with colleagues. We are seeking responsible, caring, and friendly drivers to transport our students to and from WWS campus each day for the 2024-2025 school year. Most pick up and drop off locations occur in the Massachusetts area.
Responsiblities include morning and afternoon transportation in a school van, communication with children and families, maintaining a clean vehicle, occassional school field trips, and scheduled on campus meeting with the transportation team.
